Q: What do I need to do before you arrive?
A: We usually recommend that all small easily movable items be cleared away from the carpets. For example, any plants, lamps, end tables, nick- knacks, or any breakables off of any furniture you want us to move. We normally clean all the traffic areas( open areas) in the bedrooms, but we’d be happy to move any items ( within reason) in the Living room, Dinning room or family room.
Q: How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
A: On average household carpets should be cleaned at least once a year. In some cases (pets, children, allergies) carpets may require more frequent cleanings.
Q: How often should I have my upholstery cleaned?
A: Upholstery should be cleaned once every 18 – 24 months as a part of regular maintenance. Upholstery that shows visible dirt or soiling should be cleaned to avoid dirt building up and causing staining.
Q: How can I keep my carpet looking nice?
A: Regular vacuuming (At least once a week) will help your carpet keep its just-like-new look. We also recommend that you have your carpet professionally cleaned at least once a year.
