Carpet Cleaning

Looks like your in need or shopping around for professional carpet cleaning services. Well, no matter who you choose please be informed that not all providers are certified or use carpet manufacturer warranty approved processes.
Yes, there is a school for carpet cleaning certification! Its called the IICRC and they teach service providers like ourselves how to properly and safely treat a wide variety of carpet care needs that are also approved by environmental agencies and carpet manufacturers 😃
Kind of scary when you think about it, having someone in your home possibly playing mad scientist spraying there secret sauce everywhere, but hey it smells like citrus so it must be safe 🤷♂️ But wait now its time for the magic show! Time to bust out the environmentally friendly “unique” green equipment to buff out the soiling in the carpet? Why would you buff the carpet? Well obviously because actually rinsing and extracting the dirt and germs is bad for the carpet and environment 🤦♀️ um ok
Protect yourself, your family and your investment. Be informed confirm what process your provider offers and ensure you’re receiving the best possible service for your well-earned money!
Be advised that dry cleaning / carpet buffing with a commercial floor machine, spinning pad, or bonnet cleaning often marketed as a “ALL NATURAL GREEN CLEANING” or “UNIQUE PROCESS” With a magical fast drying time of 1-2 hrs. That is achieved by the lack of proper cleaning, extracting or rinsing! Has been deemed by carpet manufacturers and suppliers to be an inferior deep cleaning method!
Bonnet cleaning is an interim maintenance program typically used in commercial cleaning situations. It is considered a low-moisture cleaning system. This process only cleans the face fibers it does not get the deep-down cleaning results from processes such as hot water extraction. It is a nonapproved process that can damage and distort carpet fiber and void a carpet manufacturer’s warranty! This can be verified by any major carpet manufacturer warranty guidlines and basic online research on best or approved carpet cleaning process.
Truck-mounted hot water extraction is the approved and most recommended method of deep carpet cleaning by carpet manufacturers and can be required at least once a year to maintain most new carpet warranties! We have found it to be the most preferred method based on extensive customer feedback and is typically the requested or required process to fulfill lease requirements upon move out in our area!
Our Process
We believe you deserve the best! This is why we invest in the highest standard of equipment, products, and training!
The Carpet and Rug Institute gold standard
Cascade Carpet Cleaning is proud to use Carpet and Rug Institutes Gold award-winning Sapphire Scientific Truck Mount!
The Sapphire Scientific 570 truck mount has earned the Carpet and Rug Institute Gold Seal of Approval. Gold Level certification indicates the highest level of extraction performance.
According to CRI’s Seal of Approval testing program, the 570 was tested for soil extraction performance, residual moisture, and surface appearance change. In all categories, the 570 exceeded expectations to obtain the CRI Gold rating!
Our certified technicians begin with a pre-assessment to determine what specific chemistry will be formulated for your particular needs such as heavy spotting or soiling and biological or pet-related issues. After the pre-treatment is applied it is agitated into the carpet to help break down the soil. After all, contaminates have been dissolved and suspended we then rinse the carpet removing all detergents, soil, and bacteria with up to 250° hot water and powerful truck-mounted extraction. The end result leaves you with a fresh-smelling, sanitized, and deeply cleaned carpet with no sticky or tacky residue left behind! ( Majority drying time of about 4-6 hours.) “NOT DAYS LOL” Indoor temperature, humidity, etc can affect and prolong drying time. Carpet may still feel damp in spots up to 10-12 hrs in some cases, but its not soaking wet and most assuredly will not cause mold, mildew or the apocalypse 😐
On occasion after cleaning, permanent stains and worn areas of your carpet will be more visible. If we feel that this is a possibility, we promise to discuss this with you before beginning our work.
