More than just carpet cleaning!

Did you know the average household carpet can harbor up to 200,000 bacteria on every square inch? That’s about 4,000 times as many as the bacteria on their toilet seat. Skin cells, food particles, and pollen can all feed bacteria living on your carpet.

At Cascade Carpet Cleaning, we aim to not only clean your carpets to make them look their best but also provide the healthiest environment for your family. We only utilize the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification-approved equipment, chemistry, and processes.

Our IICRC-certified technicians will assess your cleaning needs and expectations before service to choose which process will provide the best result for your needs and budget. Our products are environmentally safe and non-harmful to your family and pets. Our services are backed with a 30-day 100% customer satisfaction guarantee!

Are you in need of or shopping around for professional carpet cleaning services? Well, no matter who you choose, please be informed that not all providers are certified or use carpet manufacturer warranty-approved equipment and processes.

Did you know there is a school that provides carpet cleaning training and certification? It is called the IICRC, and it teaches service providers like ourselves how to properly and safely treat a wide variety of carpet care needs, which environmental agencies and manufacturers also approve.

Protect yourself, your family, and your investment. Be informed, confirm your provider’s process, and ensure you receive the best possible service for your well-earned money!

Be advised that low-moisture carpet cleaning, often marketed as “all natural green cleaning” or “Unique process,” advertised with a fast dry time of 1 to 2 hours achieved by the lack of thorough rinsing, has been deemed by carpet manufacturers and suppliers to be an inferior deep cleaning method! It leaves not only deep-down dirt and bacteria but also a microcrystalized encapsulant that must be vacuumed once completely dry. If you have asthma or allergies, this process would not be very effective and possibly make things worse.

Carpet cleaning with a circular rotating commercial floor machine, spinning pad, or bonnet buffing is an interim maintenance program typically used in commercial cleaning. It is considered a low-moisture cleaning system. This process only cleans the face fibers and does not get the deep-down cleaning results from processes such as hot water extraction. It is a nonapproved process that can damage and distort carpet fiber and void a manufacturer’s warranty! This can be verified by any major carpet manufacturer’s warranty guidelines and basic online research on the best or approved carpet cleaning process.

The carpet manufacturers’ approved and most recommended deep carpet cleaning method is truck-mounted hot water extraction. To maintain new carpet warranties, receipt of approved cleaning can be required at least once a year! Based on extensive customer feedback, we have also found it to be the most preferred method, and it is typically the requested or required process to fulfill lease requirements upon moving out in our area!

You deserve the best, so we invest in the highest-standard equipment, products, and training!

The industry’s best-selling large-class liquid-cooled truck-mounted carpet cleaning system. It is the perfect choice for carpet cleaning and water restoration.

The Carpet and Rug Institute gold standard

Cascade Carpet Cleaning proudly uses Carpet and Rug Institutes Gold award-winning Sapphire Scientific Truck Mount!

The Sapphire Scientific 570 truck mount has earned the Carpet and Rug Institute Gold Seal of Approval. Gold Level certification indicates the highest level of extraction performance.

According to CRI’s Seal of Approval testing program, the 570 was tested for soil extraction performance, residual moisture, and surface appearance change. The 570 exceeded expectations in all categories to obtain the CRI Gold rating!

Our certified technicians begin with a pre-assessment to determine what specific chemistry will be formulated for your needs, such as heavy spotting, soiling, and biological or pet-related issues. After the pre-treatment is applied, it is agitated into the carpet to help break down the soil. After all the contaminants have been dissolved and suspended, we thoroughly rinse the carpet fibers, removing all detergents, soil, and bacteria with up to 250° hot water and powerful truck-mounted extraction.

The result leaves you with a fresh-smelling, sanitized, and deeply cleaned carpet with no sticky or tacky residue left behind! (Most of the drying time is about 4-6 hours.) Indoor temperature, humidity, carpet thickness, and the amount of rinsing necessary to clean heavier soiled areas can affect and prolong drying time. The carpet may still feel damp in spots for up to 10-12 hours in some cases, but it’s not soaking wet and most assuredly will not cause mold, mildew, or rippling and will not take days to dry!

After cleaning, permanent stains and worn carpet areas may become more visible. We promise to discuss this with you before beginning our work.
